I am budget conscious, I have acne and oily skin, and I want something to cover all that sometimes--revlon totally works. But you can use them so don't panic. :) And you probably can't even tell the difference between before and after the expiration day. Eyeshadows last quite so long so you're worried for no reason. It'll be okay.

AND: olive skin tone should be mentioned! I had big trouble finding foundation while I didn't know I was olive.

Kashi trail mix bars have 6g of sugar but ten more calories (140 total). I don't know about you but I'd rather cut sugar than calories, not that ten calories is really that big of? a deal anyway. Just thought I'd let you know in case you're interested in other low-sugar protein bars.

Oh & of course never drink city water. It's? poison (fluoride, chlorine, etc.) Drink only distilled =) Also, drink fruit juice instead of oranges or N E thing with those thick peels 'cuz the peel is poison (makes U feek a wreck if U eat a lot of peeled oranges instead of the juice from inside, 'cuz the poison is in the peel - trees natural way 2 repel insects).

Easy trick 2 B sleek is eat salty food, otherwise U crave food 2 keep up W/water intake 'cuz it washes the salt out of U. When I'm not exercising it's ridiculous how little I eat - 1 meal a day: a pound of rice (weight after cooking) & some fruit. It maintains the 'thin skin' athletic 'always @ the gym' look W/out having 2 do N E thing 2 maintain it, 'cuz your bod won't start eating your muscle unless U R actually 'starving'.
