I mostly just count points. I exercise everyday even when I don't go to the gym. Now I run 1-2 times a day for 30 mins each but it was hard in the beginning so I just started by walking, then walking faster, jogging .... ect. I also swim at least 5 times? a week for at least 1 hour and I do workout tapes at home. Good luck on your weight loss and feel free to ask anything
