No question. Kenpo is definitely the easiest Cardio in P90x. However it can still be very effective. It really depends on how much energy you exert when you do the workout. If somebody just casually swings their arms and does light kicks, they're aren't gonna feel it, but if you do it fast and put your whole body into your punches you will have a good workout. Im drenched when I get through? with it. Its not hard in the sense that it'll make u exhausted, but it gets the job done.

anyone else find the kenpox workout ridiculously easy almost pointless? id rather go to some ab rippers. dont get me wrong im not being a cocky dick....im trying to improve and make this program effective and kenpo isnt doing it like the other? workouts for me...

Running? and weight training takes hours though...this is 45 minutes a day. And yes 45lbs in three months. I'd say it worked for me.

Well as long as it works I dont' have a problem with P90X! But if it's a typical fitness scam than that is messed up to profit off of other's ignornace.. I think p90x is good program but you can probably same result if you run 3-4 miles a day and do weight training!?

Is this good for getting a tone, lean body? I used to be a lot bigger 215 in high school. Now I'm 19 and I'm around 150. I'm just looking to develop a lean, tone body at this point. I didn't lose the weight doing crazy diets or workout? videos. Just playing basketball for around 3 hours a day and not drinking pop. I've been running about 5 times a week and exercising at the gym but haven't really seen any results. I'm really have no idea how to workout.
