Hello! This is weightloss week 6, and I gained a pound! At first I was discouraged, but after thinking about it, I decided not to let myself be defeated by a one pound gain. This kind of thing will happen, and long-term weightloss is about sticking with a lifestyle change. I will try to come up with a better eating and exercise plan. Hopefully, next week will be better.
