I have personally done Yoga breathing exercises and yoga postures for losing all exta fat. Plus I’ve done body weight exercises which burn fat at an incredible rate.
You don’t have to eat tiny portions. Avoid eating starches as much as possible.
Substitute with raw and cooked vegetables. Fresh fruits and fruit juices are great. All edible nuts, seeds, legumes, figs are good for snacks and burning fat.
Extra virgin olive oil is good for cooking and sald dressing. Avoid all refined, highly processed and packaged food, which are comonly available.
Give up alcohol, nicotine, soda, soft drinks, fast food, as they all contribute to weight gain.

I’d like to share some things I have learned and experienced on my own,
A while ago, I used to run fast for about 20 minutes about 3 times a week, and was not getting very good weight loss results, later on I learned about the Target Heart Rate for weight loss, which allowed me to exercise for longer periods of time at a more moderate pace, and this was much more effective for loosing weight, because if you are within that target heart rate, for over 18 minutes, your body starts burning fat, and if you stay there longer, you burn more fat, so doing 45 minutes of moderate activity is far better that doing 20 of fast paced running, it is not a matter of 20 or 40 minutes, it is about you keeping your target heart rate for over 20 minutes, 45 work great, and then you can cool off and stretch for the next 15. In my case a fast power walk or a moderately fast jog works best.
