    Sometimes there are body reasons you down a whole box too. I had the same issues & found a nutritionally restored (post fasting sessions) body that maintains a weight in the healthy range has less severe cravings. I think part of the “fat trap” is your body uses so many calories at a high weight its easy to get sharp drops in blood sugar, heavy hormone craving load with extra fat& the food itself being processed with salt&sugar messing with your brain and body chemistry even further.

    Most excellent point. Sometimes people think hmmm it’s low in calories and that automatically makes them binge on it but the end result is the same.
