    I got a deal for 5 …
    I got a deal for 5 sessions for $100 but at my gym it was only $125 for 5 sessions usually. I only went to those 5 sessions and those lessons have lasted me almost 2 years now! Definitely worth it.

    I think its because at the end of the day our bodys are measured by calories, intake<outtake. Its also important people realize its not just eating as low calories as you can because for me I could eat 2400 calories I believe according to the new food pyramid. However to lose weight correctly I had to eat like 2200 and then do exercise to bring me down to only 1900 calories a day. I think fad diets can work in the beginning to get you started but dont last too long.

    Hey!! Somehow I didnt see these posted…hmmmm anyway…you are so right!! I have tried SOOOOOOOOO many other diets and the ONLY thing that has ever worked for me is counting calories…

    Where I am they are $125 for 5 sessions but in 5 sessions you learn so much and they teach you how to work out well without them. I only had 5 sessions once and ended it there and its helped me maintain.

    Ive done that before and Id rather be fat to be honest than starve and suffer and it always backfired on me. My theory is is if we try so many times the same way and it doesnt work.. then that isnt the solution. Im finally at a good place where I can say this is doable for the rest of my life.

    I always take the wrong approach to losing weight. I’m one of those borderline eating disorder types…like I lose weight by not eating…ugh. I don’t feel motivated to move ever.
