You see, yesterday started my way to weight loss. I jogged for about a mile or two, and, from experience, does this work? And also, I have started to eat less. and in small quantities.
I am fifteen, 6’1” and 260lbs… Please can you give me some advice, I am really gonna take off 100 lbs this year, and I need some help. Oh, and I’m a boy
Don’t lose any more than 80 pounds. At your height you should be any where from 166 – 202 lbs because that is a healthy weight.
Yes the cardio is really good. Do not run every day instead maybe every other day. Running everyday can mess up your knees (I have friends in the Army that run everyday that have messed up their knees like that). The days between you should do work outs for your arms and stomach.
You can do repetition of 10 or 20 for the arm work outs with weights or push ups.
You can do a repetition of 35 sit ups or crunches.
Now what you are eating is important. By drinking just water you can cut alot of calories (should drink about 8 glasses a day). If I were you I’d cut out alot of dairy. Low fat dairy can actually help you loose weight though. Make sure you are eating vegetables and cutting down on the carbs (don’t cut out just cut down). Also make sure you are getting enough protein. Eat lean meats like chicken,turkey,fish. Also eat more meals a day but make sure they are smaller meals. By eating more meals but are small will help increase your metabolism.

Running and jogging are really good for weight loss. Any exsersize that gets youre heart pumping will burn fat. Sounds like you’re well on your way, good luck!

Best choice would be to swim. Go swimming and swim 4 laps do not stop until you finish.

Well for starters guys usually burn off more then women. But continue your cardio as long with lifting. Eat as healthy as possible, but if you want to continue eating the way you do you just have to burn off whatever you eat. You’lll be able to accomplish it if you continue. Find a trainer , this will definitely benefit you ! Good luck !

it is sufficient if u give up eating bread and sweets..and also try not to eat after 6 pm…or if u cant try not eating after 8 p,m and drink a lot of water .dont eat too many fruits cuz they make look fat your belly..i am sure if u fallow this u will surely lose weight…but u must keep it for a long term to see best results..also u can do jogging..or some cardio exercises not strenght

100 lbs is a big, but not unatainable goal. Comitment and a healthy diet comes first. Then exercise of course try to make a daily plan and stick to it. Try to limit muscular exercises and stick with cardio as mucsle ways more than fat anyhow. Also a high caffine intake will help bost your metabilism, but dont over do it!

well since your a man; the dominate sex, it will be extremely easy to lose that weight. First go find your Resting Metabolitic Rate, RMR (the amount of calories your body require in a day). Find that and eat 200-300 calories less then it. Second exercise, do mostly cardio (running, swiming, etc.), its a much better way to lose then lifting.
