This fat girl keeps trying to give me weight loss advice?

Basically she just does like 25 minutes of cardio and than for an hour she is moping around on weight machines? Her method doesn’t seem to work for her, so I don’t think it’ll work for me…

How do I tell her to shut up without hurting her feelings?
Sorry fat wasn’t the right word but you know what I mean she’s "bigger"
well she’s a size 18…

I’m actually not much of a cracker eating girl myself, actually some would call ME fat – size 8

Usually I give a valid excuse. I tell him/her that I’m following a program and I only got a minute or so to rest before I start my next workout so I can’t really ‘chat’. But I only do that if I get more than 1 advise from the same person. You don’t know, maybe you ‘are’ doing it wrong :P

Just last week I got an advise from a fat person on how to correctly do my bar-bell squats. And he was right, it felt really intense. Later I learned that he was an ex-bodybuilder who used to be a regular at the gym. I could never had guessed :P

Just because she doesn’t look like it, doesn’t mean that she doesn’t know what she is talking about :P And just because she’s ‘big’ doesn’t mean it’s not working with her because you don’t know how ‘bigger’ she was before :P For all you know she could have been a mammoth :P

Sure, deep inside it kinda hard to respect a smoking doctor, or a bald barber. But that doesn’t have to do with anything :P

So the point? Tell her to piss off if she is bothering you. But don’t be rude because you look better/fitter/healthier than her.

And off subject: cardio and weight lifting is the correct way to lose body fat and look toner. Although next time you may ‘suggest’ that she does the cardio after the weight workout, she may get better results (after weight lifting, all is left to burn is fat, which cardio takes care off).

Be cool, be nice :P

Cheers :)

Tell her you’re doing your own research and found something that might work better for you.

Otherwise, be honest and upfront like I am. Tell her to fuck off and you know what to do.

start flirting with her and tell her you think you might be a lesbian.

Just ask her why her exercise regime its working for her but shes recommending it for other people.

She is doing it wrong anyway, you should do weights first then cardio.
