I’m 26 yrs old
5’9” tall and I weigh 280 pounds.I know I am FAT and It’s not healthy, but I was wondering If you can give me some weight loss tips/advice, as I do need It badly. Also how would I control myself around junk food? I have a big problem controlling myself. your advice will help…thanks.

you need to change bad habits and tastes in food, I used to eat fast food hamburgers and stuff but after a few months I actually prefer the salads to those burgers. Choose something that you can do long term. Even if you’re out with friends and everyone is eating junk, don’t be embarrased to choose the salad or grilled chicken. If it’s pizza just eat one peice. Always carry energy bars around so you don’t get starved and order the first thing on the menu. Cliff bars are good, so are soy joy bars. Learn to snack on fruits. Don’t force yourself to eat something that taste so bad you don’t enjoy it, you’ll just make up for it later by eating ice cream or some other junk. There are lots of good food out there if you just look for them. If you can do a little of your favorite excersize 15 minutes is fine as long as you do it consistently.
