I have been trying to lose wight for awhile but it is REALLY hard. I lost some, but I graduated and I have been kind of pigging out since my party and I gained a few pounds back.
Anyway, I am starting to exercise and watch what I eat tomorrow and I could really use ANY tips or advice that you have. I have a very weak willpower so I need all the help I can get!

Eat less really works exercise is OK but eating less works best you will feel hungry till you get used to less food intake. If you want to keep weight off it will have to become a life style. Their is no magic just discipline.
