You are such an inspiration and I know it was God ordained that I viewed your video when I did…I’m 17yrs old I weigh about 235 im 5’5 wear a size 16-18. I wanted to know if there was any more tips/ advice that you can give me that you did not address in your videos? I want to really get in shape and be ready to recieve my diploma in june ’09 and I want to look and feel different. Truly every time I am down and thinking the world is such a hateful place I get on youtube and am humbled and changed by the sisters sharing just because they want to help others!
