Losing weight can be facilitated by eating natural foods that are normally found in your fridge. These foods that burn fat are low in fat, quickly fill you up, and are an excellent source of energy. This results in lower consumption of calories and thus your body has to burn through fat reserves to uphold its basic functions. By eating 4-6 small meals per day consisting of foods that burn fat, you can preserve a healthy diet and effectively burn fat without exerting any extra effort for exercise.

Read below for several examples of fat burning foods:
Vegetables: Vegetables have a lot of bulk and not much calories. Fibrous vegetables are the ones that fall into the fat burning class. For example: lettuce, broccoli, celery, and other greens. By eating a lot of vegetables you can sustain a healthy fat loss diet as they are low in calories and fat and their fiber content keeps you full.
Chicken Breasts: Skinless, lean chicken or turkey breasts are one of the most effective foods that burn fat. Relative to the rest of the chicken , chicken breasts are the lowest in fat and calories. It is recommended to peel away the skin, and remove any white parts, and prepare the meat using healthy methods like broiling, baking, or boiling .
Egg Whites: Egg whites have absolutely no fat and are a wonderful protein source. Egg whites are a terrific no fat food as the egg’s yolk holds 100% of the fat. To separate the egg white from the yolk is pretty easy . All there is to do is crack the egg in half and pour the contents from one shell to another over a bowl below while leaking the egg white into the bowl, until all you have remaining in the shells is egg yolk. Another thing you could do is go to a local store and buy ready-made egg whites that are packaged in a carton container just like the one for milk.
Fish: Many healthy fats like Omega 3 are found in fish, which when cooked correctly can cut your calorie intake. The first rule is never to fry fish but instead try healthy cooking methods like baking, broiling, steaming, and boiling. Also, avoid dressing the fish with high calorie sauces.
