    I do agree that you should make the healthy choices & if your body looses a bit faster/slower than others then that is fine. However, rapid weight loss is a risk factor for gallbladder disease & can be quite risky for those with high blood pressure &/or heart problems.

    You are 100 % right about eliminating foods you crave. That is what I had to do. I got the same results. After 20 days, no more chemical cravings in my brain. I now only have to deal with the emotional ones.

    wow! Greg, that was probably one of my personal favorite collab channel videos…It spoke to me and really made me feel like I had found the lifestyle change I wanted, or at least aspects of it…and now I’ve sorta lost it…The whole part about eliminating certain foods from your diet, is soo true, its what I did, and I didn’t crave them too much anymore…now that I have reintroduced them to my body, its like all I do is crave them…Interesting, indeed!

    I love how you always offer a different prespective to everyone else. I just changed my diet to eating healthier and avoiding bad foods/cravings for suger etc and I must admit I thought I would now only eat for fuel for my body…but I started actually getting a better taste for the healthy things I was eating….Ithink once you cut out a lot of the suger stuff your tastebuds actually appreciate proper food more. At least that what I notice.

    I totally agree..as long as you’re doing it healthy and feel good, and not starving yourself, it’s all good. I read somewhere in a nutrition book, but now cant find where I read it..that the 2lb recommendation is because the body can only metabolize 2 lb of fat loss in a weeks’ time..anything more is muscle/water/whatever..stuff you dont want to lose, mostly..but you’re right that evry1 is different..do what’s right for you! :O)

    I think as long as you know it’s a healthy way than it shouldn’t matter & plus you are a male & you guys tend to lose faster than females so yah… I think experts or whatever should have different recommendations seperated by sex…. I think if you lose weight fast early on it’s expected but later on in the new lifestyle losing 10-15lbs a week might be of some concern? Great points… cut out the bad & how does it make you feel… great way to evaluate the new plan!

    Great video. I know in my head that my body will lose what it needs to and yet I constantly beat myself up when I only lose a pound or half a pound. I need to keep reminding myself I didn’t get overweight overnight so I won’t get thin fast either, at least not if I want to do it and remain healthy.

    As long as you are not starving yourself or eating ridiculous food choices (ie grapefruit all day). Then you are fine, guys lose it faster to begin with and if you have a lot of weight to lose it’s fine to lose it faster. Well I started ranting and typing this at the beginning of your vid but you end up covering all of this. :P so yeah, we have the same view.
