I have tried to lose weight before a few times, and it never works for me like at all. I don’t know what to do, but I want to lose weight fast, and healthy. I wanna lose like a lot of weight in a few months because I am fat and I am impatient.Does anyone have ideas or tips?

Depends how much. I lost 35 in one month fasting Sundays and walking 3 miles a day. I didn’t change my diet at all except i drink less Pepsi and more water.
