She has a thigh and leg exercise, while there is a section for the &#34;buttocks&#34; lol it works! it firms up your butt but helps you loose thigh fat :) also, drink looooooooooots of water and cut out fried foods. you could try doing squats too! hope i helped!&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;i do the jane fonda!!! =D</description>

To answer in a way you like, would be to actually to squats, this will burn fat (allover) AND build muscle in your butt and hamstrings quadriceps which in turn will even burn more fat, but with a great looking butt! :-)&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
