			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I weigh 137 pounds and I really want to lose some weight, because I&#8217;m extremely embarrassed to go swimming. I know there&#8217;s really no &quot;fast&quot; way to lose weight, but what can I do to lose weight? I always drink water instead of sugary drinks, and I do 100 sit-ups and ballet squats before I go to bed every night. Any other important tips and exercises I can do for great results? Oh and I want to lose fat on my stomach, hips, and I want to tone my legs.<br />
<br />1. First start by getting up earlier than usual. Around 5:30 AM to do some of you workouts. Getting up early shocks your metabolism because the body needs more energy to get going. Right? This will start your system on the road to weight loss. That early start with about 10 minutes of stretching. Have a cup of coffee to get the blood going also.</p>
<p>2. Do all the sit-ups you can. Just do them. 15 or 20 whatever, we don&#8217;t have a lot of time to work with. Rest 1 minute repeat, do this for 6 sets. Already you are breathing hard and feel worn, because the body is working extra hard at being up earlier and then going right into exercise. If the early morning hour lets you get your cardio in, go ahead and do it. 30 minutes. </p>
<p>3. Diet. Cut all current meal portions in half, just cut them in half, nothing fancy or complicated, CUT IN HALF! Cut out all bread products, all gravies, candies, chips, night snacks, etc. If you crave at night eat a banana, other fruit or best a non-fat yogurt. There are some tasty ones out there. </p>
<p>4. In the evening do another 6 sets of sit-ups maxing out each set. Cardio again. The trick is to stay with getting up earlier. Yes it’s hard, that’s why it is so effective. Why do you think the Army gets up so early, it is intense training to the max.</p>

<br />You can&#8217;t really target WHERE you lose weight. I suggest you stay away from processed foods, fast food, fried foods. Eat leaner meats, and more fruits and vegetables. </p>

Recent studies have shown that having eggs for breakfast will increase energy during the day and act as a natural weight suppressant. Have listed an article on using eggs as a weight loss food. Tracking your daily food intake and daily exercise will help a lot in determining how much you are really eating and working off each day.  Have also noted a article that list a few easy ways to work exercise into your routine.</p>

So how comes P90X is good for fat loss?<br />
I&#8217;v always been told that 2 days of cardio a week is not enough for fat loss.<br />
oh right, so can lifting weights also help reduce body fat?<br />
<br />p90x have you done it,  All the routines I have done are Very high tempo with short breaks and lots of moving fast,  This is totally cardio and strength workouts,  </p>
<p>Jogging for 30 mins is cardio ya? </p>
<p>P90xs gets your heart going way faster then in jogging, way more sweat, way more tears, pushup variation then jump squats,  backto back with more after that.   definitley goes down in my books as cardio,  its strength too.</p>
