What is more effective for fat loss? Eating five small meals a day or doing sprints everyday?

Assuming that you could only do one of the following tasks to improve your fat loss. LOL Real answers please.

    Weight loss is spending more calories than in taking. So if you are eating 5 small meals that are healthy and low enough in calories than you can lose weight. In the same way that if you eat 5 cheese burgers a day, but dont sprint enough to burn the fat, than you’ll still gain weight. I generally don’t eat 5 small meals. I usually have 1 big meal with maybe a snack or two, and I try to exercise at least every other day.

    Not just sprints, exercising normally and also eating five smaller & healthier meals a day will help you lose fat.
