    Well excluding meat …
Well excluding meat for a person who stops taking meat brings about the withdrawals the host alludes to as well. In addition, animal fat consumption produces a chemical called galanin, also produced from sugar and alcohol intake. Humans go through the cravings of meat when humans stop taking meat & refined sugar/alcohol…

    Hey your videos are …
    Hey your videos are awesome!

I’m on day 2 of the Diet Cure and I’m following the Blood Sugar Chapter. I already have a lot more energy.

I have read that too many supplements can be a bad thing, and she is suggesting you take 6 multis a day when most multivitamins labels say 1 is enough, plus all the other stuff she recommends. I think the vitamins suggested for your problem are good but the Basic Supplement Plan may be too much.

Is there any risk in taking too many vitamins?

Thanks for this information. I will try it as i feel depressed and have been for the majority of my life. The only time i felt great was when i was in Russia and i didn’t trust or know the food so i totally detoxed and felt fantastic, never hungry and invincible. Unfortunatley since i’ve come back i have reverted to my usual large diet and i feel again

Well, I’m 21 and I’ve always had a pretty normal metabolism. I do lose weight when I stick with an exercise program but I haven’t bothered with one recently. On the plus side, I haven’t gained any thing.

    i personally …
i personally suggest doing an activity that you enjoy doing most… tennis, basketball, jogging to music, etc… add a little more hustle to it [work more of a sweat than usual!] enjoy what you do/how you excersize, enjoy life… and it won’t really be excersizing to you!!

for me its skateboarding. i skateboard really hard, I try to do it non-stop / straight for an hour or 2 per day. Im sure I burn at least 1,000 calories++ each session. It’s not really excersize to me because I enjoy it <3

    Although I have not …
Although I have not been exercising, I have been eating an organic vegitarian diet (that does include fish and eggs on occasion)and I have not lost much wieght. I have been eating organic meals for a few months now. I have just maintained the weight that I have always been. What would you suggest in my case? Well, I guess just exercise… But traces of protein are in all living things. Even green leafy vegetables. I personally don’t believe in eating much meat.

    very cool, I …
very cool, I actually have the same problem you mentioned you had, anxiety, depression, staying home pretty much always, except I take medication and its fixing it, but I wonder if me changing my diet would’ve just fixed these problems =/, especially considering the side effects that comes with the pills
