If you’re taking in enouigh oxygen you’ll burn mostly fat with a few carbs. BUT if you’re out of breath, the opposite will occur. This is why you want to do cardio (regardless of what it is) that gets you working, breathing deeply but doesn’t leave you out of breath.
So does this mean … So does this mean that even if you switch from fast-walking to jogging/running, after a while when all your carbs are gone, you can start burning fat(converted into carbs) again? When does this conversion of fat to carbs happen?

I dont know where … I dont know where you got that fat is converted into sugar in the body because thats absolute nonsense. We do not have enzymes or metabolic pathways which do this. Fat when broken down is converted into acetyl coA, which can’t be used in the liver for gluconeogenesis ( or glucose production), however acetyl coA can enter the krebs cycle and thus produce much ATP for energy, thats the purpose or burning fat…not increasing blood sugar.
