last year i went from 168 – 139……def still needed work on my belly at 139lbs but my face look soooo drawn out..that i knew if i pushed for more fat loss..that my face would look AWFUL.
So any suggestions…i’m not at 150…actually deliberately gained weight cause my face look sooo weak..drawn out..etc.
BUT thing is…i am not happy with my body….i weight 150…5ft 6inches…age 28.
Any suggestions on getting rid of belly fats….improving arms….whole body really…WITHOUT making my face look awful

The problem that you face is that you lost to much weight too fast, that is the reason why your face looks so drawn out. Also you need to rethink your nutrition as this plays a vital role in proper weight loss. Like some others said there is no way to just lose the belly fat as you can’t spot reduce problem areas. But you can do certain things to help those areas. What you need to do to lose weight properly and get rid of the belly is to get a good meal plan in place, also make sure your exercise routine is in check. In addition I would also suggest adding a fat burning supplement to your diet and exercise to help aid in your weight loss, and help with those problem areas like your belly that is difficult to lose the fat around.
