Green tea is no different so if you have conditions where caffeine might affect you in a negative way you might be wise to avoid it. Changes to your diet may bring complications so if you have any health concerns you should consult with your doctor and be advised by them.

What are the benefits of green tea for dieting and why should we consider drinking green tea? One very bold claim made for green tea is that it could be an aid in the fight against Alzheimers disease and if this proves to be true it would be wonderful news. One more thing that we should not forget about green tea is that it is a very enjoyable drink to consume. Green tea is a very enjoyable drink so you may not care about the claimed health benefits but you will still enjoy drinking it.

Another thing you could do is go to a local store and buy ready-made egg whites that are packaged in a carton container just like the one for milk.

Fish: Many healthy fats like Omega 3 are found in fish, which when cooked correctly can cut your calorie intake. The first rule is never to fry fish but instead try healthy cooking methods like baking, broiling, steaming, and boiling. Also, avoid dressing the fish with high calorie sauces.

What fruits and vegetables are good for energy and weight loss?

I am in need to lose some pounds (as prescribed by my doctor for my TTC journey) and I searched online for fruits and veggies that could give me energy and some weight loss. Does anyone know which fruits and veggies could help me loss weight and give me energy?

Grapefruit burns calories fastest and reduces fat, be careful however of the chemical action with certain drugs. Ask your doctor. Prunes are effective in eliminating bodily waste. Bananas contain potassium which is important as you lose water content and fresh greens, broccoli and spinach contain important vitamins and minerals
