Diet wise, you know, no junk. no processed food.
* Instead of having 3 large meals in a day, have 5-6 small meals. Make sure to keep a gap of 2-3 hours between two consecutive meals. It will help speed up your metabolism and result in burning of more calories. Have protein, carbs & fat in a 40/40/20 percentage.
* Drink at least 8 glasses of water in a day. The more you increase your water consumption, the better it is.
* Never ever skip meals or eat too less in order to lose weight. It will only make your metabolism slower, resulting in an even slower burning of calories.
*check out this site to determine how many calories you need daily to sustain you weight - then eat less.

Check with the gym trainers on food supplements like whey protein.
Now I know you want a quick fix, too, and a pill that helps burn fat. Try Hydroxycut. Worked for me, but it’s not cheap & can wreak havoc with your system.
That said, there’s a cardio training regimen called High-intensity interval training (HIIT). You sprint & walk. Can take only 15/20 minutes a day, 3/4 times a week. It is the current best way to raise your metabolism & burn fat. Here’s a site that describes it in detail.

Also, to help tone that tummy try core exercises. A coupla sites:

What are the best exercises to do to trigger this weight loss, and what are the best foods to eat?
I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.
Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.
First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…
This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.
However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.
Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.

I am looking for a weight loss plan to follow can you help in any way? I have done some research but there is so many out there!
Hi,
There is a a great weightloss and muscle building program called 7 minute muscle. I recommend you try it. It’s made for those who have busy lives and don’t have any much time to work out. Great for the buys moms or the busy professional. Just 7 minutes a day, you can tone and lose weight easily. I tried it and it works great! You can find the at the link my source field below.
7 Minute Muscle is perfect for you if you are interested in…
•Saving your valuable time
•Saving money on wasted supplements
•Saving your body and your joints from needless abuse
•Saving yourself from a life of "six meals a day" to get lean and muscular
4 hours gained every week = over 1 year of extra life if you are 30, and more if you’re younger. Even if you are a bit older like me, do you really want to throw your days away like yesterday’s garbage? No way! You want to live every minute of your life to the fullest. I recommend this program even if you have tried every program out there and it didn’t work. This will work and it will be give you an amazing result. Try it out and see for yourself.
Good Luck,
Tony

I know people suffering from congestive heart failure can gain weight because of swelling, but can weight loss also be an HF symptom?
Thanks for all the answer so far
But, I figure that because of all the swelling in my abdominal cavity, I feel full much faster and therefore eat less. Does that make sense?
well your bodys basic metabolic needs are not been met so it is a possibility

I go in tomorrow for blood work, urinalysis, and ECG. When my results come back I go in and speak with the doctor. I already know my BMI is 36 that means highly obese. But I am no sure if he will give me weight loss pills, even though it is a weight loss clinic. What kind of of weight loss pill could I expect to get? And about how much does a prescription cost?
Listen friend, whatever you do , donot take weight loss pills, I’ve seen too many cases of side effects including hormonal changes. I’ve the perfect solution for you if you’re serious about losing weight. If you could email me your height(in centimetres) and exact weight(in lbs or kgs) i will be able to personalize your programme for you. Its very simple and you’re gonna love it! See results in days and experience amazing energy and health benefits. Email me at weighright@yahoo.ca, Iam here to help people like you! And most importantly its safe & herbal

I’m a 16 year old male and I am about 6foot 2 and weight around 185-190lbs. I was wondering what a good work out routine I can start and any good weight loss tips?
Just get into the habit of swimming every day or two and stick to it.
Also for a normal (non drastic) diet that works you might want to see:

My friend who is younger wants to know what the affect of being 12 and taking an acai berry pill (a weight loss pill) would be. Death? Sick? Or what? I predict not good.
At that age your friend shouldn’t even be thinking about taking pills.
Diet pills are a waste of money, don’t work, and some are actually bad for you with nasty side effects. No pill, potion or supplement will help. Please don’t fall for all the spam adverts you see.
All you need is a good healthy diet - lots of fruit and veg, and exercise. It takes time and motivation

Some people assume that exercising in a hot environment causes you to burn more calories and loss more weight, but it seems to me that would just be water weight lost through sweating. However, if you exercise in colder temperatures, wouldn’t that cause you to burn more calories, as your body must work harder to maintain our relatively high body temperatures?
You are correct! but I suggest warming (temp wise) up and stretching before working out in the cold. It will help avoid injuries.
