    trust me…… you dont need sugery….. im 5′ 8” and used to weigh 170lbs…. i joined to wrestling team, which coach drilled us with running and cardio all the time…. but i lost 30 lbs, with out changing my diet except for drinking water….

    exercise more and drink at lease 64 ounces of water EVERY day!! and you will see great improvement!

    after u work out ur body needs protein to grow, and after u’ve intake that protein ur muscles needs to rest to grow, if ur sick and want to get better going to work everyday isnt gonna help, u want to rest to get better first
