I’d just like to know how long it takes to lose fat and where the fat is taken from. I’ve been running for bout 4 weeks now for about 5-6 days a week. I’m 14, 5’1, and 110 lbs.
Also, how long will it take for you to actually see a difference in your fat? Because I know running gets rid of fat all over your body, so I guess it might take a long time.
First of all, you do not need to lose fat, you are thin!! If you exercise, you should be doing activity that makes your heart beat faster for 25-45 minutes a day. When I run, i would normally see results in 3 days, but i don’t do it that often, so maybe it’s just me. I also eat healthier and do crunches and it helps a lot.
