Great video steve, … Great video steve, some of the comments i see on your videos sometimes just make me cringe. I think its just alot of people trying to justify the expensive protein shakes/bars they are forking out on.

I had a comment to one of your earlier videos, I quoted someone who was very aggressive pertaining to his belief that you are incorrect, and wrote my story ;
I had dropped from 266 to 180 with no gimmicks, just several days of weight training, cardio and a healthy diet and I still put on muscle and lose weight to this day, as I’m still not at my goal.
ya whenever people … ya whenever people ask me about how i lost all that weight i always refer them to watching all your videos. I love how all your videos relate to anyone and everyone and that you take the time to make them. thanks. and if you ever have time to give me some workout routines or anything i would much appreciate it. What if I need … What if I need around 2200 calories a day, but I eat only around 1300 – 1500 a day, healthy though, like vegetables, at the same time lifting weights and doing push ups on and off through the week?
I got the 2200 figure from an online calculator. Not reliable, but a round-about figure, I suppose?
Do you mean 300 … Do you mean 300 LESS calories a day? I don’t know how much you’re eating now so it’s difficult to tell you. Remember, you’re still growing so you need calories to train and grow.
